Hi, well done!
It may be me, but I think you have to state which parts of the publication are Open Game Content, and which bits are Product identity.
For example, if the whole thing is OGC then say so, or if all the text is bit all the artwork is Product identity then say so. You are obliged to make OGC all stuff you inherit from previous OGC in an OGL product.. like OpenQuest.
I kinda hope you'll declare the whole thing OGC like Newt did..

I think that I would feel obliged to make the whole text portion of the book 'open content' in line with OpenQuest itself (as that would seem the right and proper thing to do ). So, I will definitely add that to the book when I update to 'version 1' (probably later in the year) - so a big thank you for pointing that out. I should probably also mention that when I drew the map (a while back) I released an 'open' version of that (without all the place names) via the Grand OGL Wiki website (though I'm having trouble finding a link to it right now), and I'll also be doing the same thing with the large continent-size map that I'm currently working on (i.e. a blank 'open content' map with no names - so folks can make up/use their own).
